Since 2001, we have been in the building and construction industry, renovating private properties for lease & developing new build properties for private clients.

Our area of expertise is finding the right locations & properties for individuals looking for a place to rent or buy and investors looking to invest in property.

Our Mission

Our mission is to perform for our customers and investors. Providing the highest level of quality construction services at fair and market-competitive prices. Veterans in Property's objective is to maintain the highest levels of professionalism, integrity, honesty, and fairness in our relationships with our suppliers, subcontractors, professional associates, and customers.

We are a company owned and run by Veterans based in Sunderland. Our priority is to provide affordable, sustainable housing for all, however with a greater emphasis on veterans of the British Armed Forces and their families. However, we support civilians too.

Secondary Objective

As part of our property development services, we wish to offer our British Veterans work in the construction industry. Teaching them a valued trade and allowing them to gain confidence and independence through a structured “return to civilian work” system.

Furthermore, for those individuals suffering from loneliness or PTSD they will have the support of fellow ex-service personnel in which they can seek understanding, this form of ‘scaffolding’ will assist in the healing process, in the military, we simply call this “banter”!
