Do you only provide letting and sales to only Veterans?
No, we deal with all clients, Veterans, and Civilians alike.
Where do our donations go?
This is a voluntary donation, the money will go towards the monthly rental for homeless war veterans, to make sure they have a safe place they can call home.
Investment, how does this work?
We evaluate the amount you wish to invest then provide you with several housing options that we feel will provide the best Yield. (This investment amount will include the purchase, renovation, legal and tax fees).
We manage the whole turn-key system and project manage everything from the purchase to the renovation, including providing you with tenants and maintenance options. We will mentor and advise you on the most effective way to expand your portfolio.
Investment, what’s my likely profit margin?
Generally speaking, the greater the investment the greater the return. £15,000- £18,000 over 3 years on Rental returns* The Property Value can exceed** your initial investment, in the same period.

Where do you operate in the UK?
We currently operate in England and wales. Mostly Sunderland and surrounding areas.
Do you operate in other Countries?
Yes, we are developing a partnership in the USA and looking to expand to India. Indian Investment in the UK is in great demand.
What is an HMO?
HMO is a property divided into separate smaller units or has common areas, such as a Kitchen.
What do you mean by Female HMO's?
Simply a single lady environment where, males do not share the same building and common areas, to ensure safety by mutual support.
What is your Buy Back idea?
This is an option, rather than to sell and move to another property, we buy your property and you stay, paying monthly installments or rental. With the option to Buy it back when you are more financially secure.
What is an ASTA?
ASTA. stands for Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement. This is the contract between a landlord and the tenant, this agreement is personalised depending on your terms and conditions (T&Cs).
Who are Veterans In Property?
We are a small group of Veterans, who have a similar mindset, to help our fellow Veterans, especially the homeless. We have been in the Building and Project Management industry since leaving the Military, and are now in the position to give back to our community.
